Studio Seung is a design-build studio whose scope of work includes:

• Subdivision development master planning feasibility study

• A single-family and duplex new home

• Highend Interior renovation: kitchen and bath remodeling

• Exterior renovation/ restoration 

• Commercial storefront and interior

• Public or private outdoor structure design: pavilion, pergola, gazebo, and parklet/outdoor seating

• Landscape

Seungsu (Sam) Kim, director of Studio Seung, studied at the University of Seoul in South Korea (B.Sculpture) and The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture in New York City (M.Architecture). Trained by world-class architects - Andrew Zago, Eric Howeler, Craig Dykers, Billie Tsien, Merill Elam, and Kenneth Frampton, Seungsu Kim ended his study with the First Award in Excellence in Design juried by all the architects mentioned above.

With more than 10 years of experiences in high-end residentials at the high profile architectural design companies in Manhattan New York such as Zago Architecture, Mckean architecture and Pembrooke and Ives, we have established a design-build studio in downtown Lafayette, Indiana. We work very closely with clients for their best interest. Our design is a powerful and honest expression of the client’s needs. They are modern, innovative, aesthetic, long-lasting, meaningful and environmentally friendly.
